iCloud improvement
What I really like about the iBird developers is they dont just sit around collecting royalties but are always improving the apps.
For example in this new version 9.2 they not only replaced Dropbox with iCloud but also improved the way favs, notes and photos are accessed on my iMac. This isnt documented but Fraser, their tech support person, showed me how to open up a text file that shows all my photo assignments. So for example:
----
"268" : [ "American-White-Pelican-Nonbreeding.jpg" ]
----
shows my photo assigned to the pelican.
Notes are saved as files that I can open and modify:

Saw this bird in an alley in China town standing in a puddle.

The one improvement Id like to see is a way to download just the species I care about rather than almost 1,000 thats in the database. This would save a good deal of space on my phone and speed up the install. (Never thought Id complain about too much information
